Deliveries of products are made all over the world via DHL (http://www.dhl.com/en.html) from our Headquarters at 22., K.Varnali str in Chalandri, Athens (2nd floor).
 
The shipping cost for orders will be calculated automatically in the shopping basket page.  

TIPS & TRICKS: The higher the weight and value of the order, the less the shipping cost
 
For deliveries within Greece, the following are provided:
 
1. FREE SHIPPING for orders over €39 via DHL Express Domestic program and his local transport partner
2. A cost of €3 is applied to all orders that do not exceed the value of €39
 
For deliveries to the EU countries in the Zone 1 and Zone 2 the following are provided:
 
1. FREE SHIPPING for orders over €89 via DHL Economy Select program - Road Transport for the Zones 1,2. 
2. A cost of €9.90 is applied to all orders that do not exceed the value of €89
 
According to DHL's policy, Zone 1 and Zone 2 -excluding Greece- are the following countries: 
Zone 1: Belgium, Vatican, France, Germany, United Kingdom,Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands. 
Zone 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweeden, Czech Rebublic, Finland 
 
2. For air transport via DHL Express Worlwide program, the order will be priced according to the DHL price list.
 
 
For deliveries outside of the European Community, the following are provided
 
The basic non-European countries where we provide services are the following:
 
USA, Canada, United Arabic Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Singapore, China, Japan, Russia, Australia, Kuweit, Hong Kong, Egypt, Bahrain, South Korea.
 
1. UNITED STATES, CANADA: the shipping cost is always € 39 
    SINGAPORE, AUSTRALIA: the shipping cost is always €49
 
2. Οrders between  €300 - €500 from Non-European countries (except USA, CANADA, SINGAPORE AUSTRALIA), we provide a discount of 10% on a transport cost 
 
4. Orders of  €500 and up (except USA, CANADA, SINGAPORE AUSTRALIA),we provide a discount of 15% on a transport cost 
 

NOTES:

1.In addition to the above costs, in the case of orders delivered to remote areas or to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee” of 24,80€ (including VAT), depending on the currency in which the transaction is carried out, which will be charged as per the transportation company fees. You can easily check whether your Zip/Postal Code is considered a hard-to-reach region from the transportation cost step at the check out. Please note that all the above-mentioned prices and Zip/Postal Code list of remote areas are subject to change at any time by transportation company - DHL.

Please note that products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees,the company cannot be held liable for any other costs or delays that may be added to these subject to different national legislations.We cannot know in advance what these charges may be on the contrary, the consumer is in a better position to have knowledge or be aware of them or, at least, of the possibility of their existence and, for this reason, we recommend you check this possibility before placing an order on our website. 
Each country has its own customs policy, so you should first contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please bear in mind that, when ordering from GREXPORTS.COM, you are considered the importer of goods and must observe all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.


ORDER PREPARATION 
 
All orders are processed and delivered to the courier within the next 2 working days after we will receive the order. Orders placed on holidays according to the current calendar in Greece or weekdays as Saturday and Sunday, are shipped the next first working day. 
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods because of problems on product availability, Grexports.com. will immediately contact the customer in order to communicate the planned delivery dates

REFUNDS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
 
Return Policy
In the event of defective products being received or in case of any other problem, please contact the company immediately to solve the problem immediately.
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of the company via the internet at www.grexports.com.
 
Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled at the online store.
 
To cancel your order, you can either email [email protected] or call +306972091424.
 
If you have already repaid your order and your order has not been given to the shipping company, then we will immediately refund the corresponding monetary value in the same way that you did your transaction.
 
If your order has been given to the shipping company, then the refund of the canceled order will take place in the same way as your transaction once the products are returned to the Company. 

In order to receive a refund, the product you are shipping to receive from the company must be in the delivered, unused, full package with the original package, along with all the documents accompanying the product and retained the correct maintenance conditions.
 
The products you want to return should be in excellent condition with closed packaging. We especially note that if the above conditions are not met or if there is no one of the above-mentioned documents accompanying the product, your request for withdrawal can not be satisfied , and the product will be returned to you by a debit card.
 
Since our products include products that can be corrupted or expire soon, or are susceptible, we inform you that these products are expressly excluded by law from the right to withdraw.
 
You have 14 days to change your mind
If you change your mind, you can return the products you ordered within 14 days with your receipt, order form, order confirmation mail, and credit card coupon (if you have paid by credit card). The refund request will take effect from the date you declare us the return of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. You agree to take care of the status of returned products once they are handed over to you until you deliver them to your business or partner shipping company or courier company.
 
If they are not returned within 14 days then the company may refuse to accept any refund or replacement of a product. In any case, the maximum refund time for replacement may not be extended beyond (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights granted with the refund policy, all rights that apply to consumers in any case are recognized by existing provisions and sales contract laws, as well as any rights arising in connection with product warranty terms.
 
Refund of returned products
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of opinion, you will be charged with the direct return of the products. Receipt of returned products may only take place from the address you have originally stated for your dispatch and which you have indicated to us in writing. 
 
You agree to give the partner all the products you wish to return. Upon receipt of the returned products by the carrier, you will sign a receipt to verify that delivery has been made to the carrier. The receipt form will be given to you by the co-operating carrier / courier.
 
If you can not be present yourself when picking up the goods from the site, you can appoint a representative to undertake this process on your behalf. This representative should be adult and able to oversee the receipt of your products instead of you.
 
Refund of return value of returned products
If you qualify for a refund, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods in the same way as you did the original transaction unless you want another refund for which you should inform us.
Refund of returned products will be refunded as soon as possible. In any case, we will notify you in writing of your refund request and we will accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the co-operating shipping / courier company.
 
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
 
a) the supply of goods or the provision of services the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the money market which can not be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period
b) the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications that you have set yourself as a consumer or clearly personalized
c) the supply of goods which, by reason of their nature, are, by their nature, interchangeable with other elements.
d) The supply of goods that can be damaged or expire soon.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

• Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc.) we can not deliver the products within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail to indicate if you wish conditions, completion of your order. The business assumes no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will make it humanly possible for your best service.
• In cases where you have registered an online order and upon receipt you find that some (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the details required and send you the products you did not receive without no extra charge.
