Greek Organic WildFlower Honey “KORYS” 420gr. Wildflower honey is made by bees that collect nectar in spring, by the plenty wild flowers and herbs that grow by the sea in southern Greece, such as sage, thorn, and many other herbs and garrigue. Wildflower honey has a pale yellow colour and it is extremely aromatic, with a strong, spicy, yet balanced flavour. It is rich in vitamins, trace elements, minerals and amino acids. Perfect for cooking and pastry, it provides a unique flavour to your creations, but be careful, as it crystallizes quickly.
