ΚORYS fir honey is harvested by beehives placed in high altitude pine forests of Peloponnese region. The fir trees that grow in the mountains of the Peloponnese, produce a completely idiosyncratic honey. Distinctive with a special taste and aroma, viscous that does not leave any consumer unmoved. Its color and appearance vary depending on its region of origin. It is rich in carbohydrates, organic acids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, vitamins and has a low moisture content.
