Greek Carob Honey HELMOS is produced by the Soukas estate in Geraki, Laconia (southeastern part of the Peloponnese peninsula).

It is especially beneficial to our health because it contains calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus,potassium,silicon, as well as vitamin A,B1,B2 and vitamin D. Carob consists of 4% protein and 76% carbohysrates. It is rich in calcium as it contains 350mg per 100gr. Although it is very sweet, it has 60% less calories than chocolate. It also contains a great amount of phosphorus, a lot of potassium, a small amount of sodium and iron while at the same time it is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B and is also has many minerals. On account of the fact that it is rich in fibres, it helps to promote good intestinal health and it has a soothing effect on the stomach.
