Dark, almost black honey, which rapidly crystallizes and is produced by the flowers of the polycampus plant, a small wild plant that grows everywhere, mainly on reeds. It has a strong odor and a very sweet taste. It is the richest enzyme in Greek honey and has a high content of miner – als, iron, folic acid. That’s why it is recommended in cases of anemia
