Greek Heather Honey HELMOS is produced by the Soukas Estate in the slopes of Achaea (Region of Western Greece). Honey from heather has the unique property of dropping cholesterol, displays antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties with an emphasis on the urinary and digestive system.

Nutritional value:

It has a high biological and nutritional value due mainly to minerals, proteins, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins of the B complex.
Heather honey has a particularly high protein content (2%) compared to other varieties of honey. It also has antiseptic and diuretic properties.

Crystallization:
Due to its high glucose content it crystallizes very quickly (1-3 months)
