Greek Pine Honey HELMOS is produced by Soukas Estate in North Euboea island. Due to the low sugar concentration, it is not too sweet.

The color of pine honey is characteristic and darker than thyme. Even the one produced in the spring is lighter and clearer than the one produced in the fall.

Crystallization:

The crystallization of pine is slow, as its natural glucose content is low. In particular, pure pineapples remain fluid, that is, without crystallization, for more than one and a half years
